US Tour Day 13

October 31, 2010
Location: Vacation Room and Universal Studios

Hiding Will Not Save You...

Wow, I just realized that our 13th day was spent in Halloween. Whew. Anyway, we first had our family pictures :)

This is my mom's side. We were never complete because they are seven in the family, it's difficult to have them all in one place. Well, this is a good number anyway. We'll always hope for a next time.
Oh, this is Tati!
So.. we are going to Universal Studios! Am I ready? Breathe..
But, we had some fun first. :) I didn't take too plenty photos today though.

Halloween Horror Nights 2010 in Universal Studios - It was really scary.
So there, it was Halloween Horror Night. It was scary. There were 8 houses to go in. My family went to 6. I went to 3. I am not a fan of horror movies, what more on a real life kind of setting. Oooh. Goosebumps.

US Tour Day 11

October 29, 2010
Location: Westgate Town

A Week in Orlando Starts Today

Because we arrived at 6 in the morning, we could not check in right away - so we went to a shopping outlet after spending a looooong time at McDonalds. Yes, shopping is a part of our itinerary - a trip to Walmart makes us happy too! We then checked in. We needed to sleeeeep.

Tita Carmen asked me to take a picture of our suite upon arriving so it will look clean - but I forgot! Haha. Anyway, more or less, you'll get a picture of how it is when it's clean here:

Masters Bed
Yes, Jacuzzi and Shower
My Room
It had a good space for all of us! As I was always thinking - it lived up to its expectation as a vacation home. We stayed here, watched TV and chose not to go out - it has this homey feel. Except that we had to eat at Ponderosa for our buffet dinner :)

US Tour Day 10

October 28, 2010
Location: Fashion Mall, Airport

Summarize Vegas

Hm, there are few pointers why Vegas makes me - mad. Because despite the cold weather that made my lips chap and burn and crack and peel eewy, I still enjoy the Vegas atmosphere. And despite the catsup all on my clothes and bag on the Grand Canyon tour day, I will still remember walking on the Skywalk. Despite losing some money in the slots instead of using it for shopping, I wanted to get the money back - I wanted to gamble more - I just had to control or else I wouldn't be able to buy that Aldo shoes I really want to get Kenji. And even if we had to eat in the Fashion Mall foodcourt for consecutive nights, it was fine because the Bellagio experience was just amazing.

I had Mr. PJelly as my bestfriend during these days, which made my days a little lighter. We ended the day in the mall while waiting for our plane.

Cool, wifi on board :)

US Tour Day 9

October 27, 2010
Location: Grand Canyon, Arizona

Grand Canyon Day

We woke up sooooo early. Since I am the 'tour guide' I had to make sure the tour that I booked was - well, not a scam. :) Hm, thank you to that Bell Boy who informed me that we were waiting at the wrong location. And thank you to my dad who trained us to be early at all times (to have more time for adjustments, like this time). We got in the bus. I was hungry for sleep - sleeping for 2 hours + losing in the slot machine? Thank you but I'd rather sleep.

Treasure Island guests occupied most of the space in the bus, well - that's how cheap hotels do! They do good. :|

This is how our tour went: Get into a bus of the Tour Operator. People on tour registers on the Miles Shop, and group people according to the tour (some goes South rim, some goes West. We had the later.) We grab a pastry and a beverage, then we were assigned a Bus. We are in Bus No. 6. We entered the bus and on the way - I was sleeping. Anyway, tourists are supposed to be on their own tour via the busses that goes round and round the different areas (Names: ???). First, we went to our Skywalk location. This is the reason why we are here! Skywalk! Aw, the skywalk picture is not here! I'll have it scanned for the blog :) Anyway, we have other pictures below:

There, they said before this became an attraction, the native americans climbed up and down these rocks!

Hualapai

Yeah, just more of the pictures. Here in Hualapai, my mom and I got our share of lunch! It was good :) We had a good lunch actually, argh - I forgot to take a picture of it because I was in my worst mood today. Really. Too bad mood that I didn't want to share my lunch. Yikes!

Here, we had to go because we have two more lunch coupons for Mj and my dad - another Yikes - they had a really bad meal compared to what I had. Below are some interesting pictures from the Ranch!

I wish that cross was a sign of me winning in the slots. But, tonight, I do not have any plans of gambling. I need to save for some more shoppin'! On the way back, my parents went down to take a picture of the Hoover Dam - I wasn't able to go because of that fuckin' catsup.

I wish I was in the mood today but it wasn't just my day. Nevertheless, it was a day I will always remember. The Skywalk? Oooh, a near death experience.

US Tour Day 8

October 26, 2010
Location: Bellagio and the Strip

Bellagio, I love you!

We were so ready to be first in line for Bellagio's The Buffet. But we had to wait a little while for Tito Rizal.

Well, it was worth the wait because he drove us to Bellagio - we didn't have to walk!

Anyway, we were enjoying the meal that my dad reminded me I haven't had any pictures yet! Aw, too bad.. only a dessert time picture here. But I will never forget the cocktail shrimps and the salad bar.. and the sushi bar.. argh, the steaks, and the ribs and the roasts.. the mini burgers.. tasting the couscous, and all that there is in a culinary fantasy. Whew.

After lunch (the bestest lunch so far!), we walked our way back to see the views on the North part of the Strip.. but before that, we had to stop by the Chanel shop. My mom fell in love with this bag - and there - nothing can ever stop her at that time. Swipe that card dad! This is what she gets for being so hardworking: Note, 2010 award.

So, still with no regrets, we walked. Right on time, the Bellagio's dancing fountain!

Nice. I really like this idea, at least we get to see a rainbow anytime we want.

Caesar's Palace

Excalibur

My parents were amazed because this
Statue of Liberty is made of candiiieeeess!

Hey Chris, guess who lives here? :)

Monte Carlo
Bellagio
Oh this one - with the premium shops.

Hm, tonight.. I lost a lot (at least for my standard) when I first tried the slot machine. I guess beginner's luck has forgotten me.
